PCIe riser or standoff

Hello,
I have a Biostar TG31-A7 motherboard. I have a PCI Express video card that is large enough to render the first PCIe slot unusable. Does anyone know of a passive riser or standoff adapter that could shift the PCIe's down a to the next slot in the back of the case? Covering a PCI slot is not a problem, as I no longer have any PCI cards (besides which, I woud still have 2 PCI slots available if I needed them). Thanks! (hm,

A new case isn't going to make any difference at all, the problem is the double size graphics card is covering one of the PCI express x1 slots.

To be a little more helpful than the last poster... this may be what you're after, i know mcubed do something similar as well - looking at the specs for that one, im guessing it comes in a variety of lengths and angles.
