PCIe slot/GPU being weird? GPU not being detected.

So, recently I moved my computer, which resulted in my old GTX 660 no longer being detected by my motherboard (GA-H110M-A). I don't know how removing an HDMI connection and moving my PC a few feet would do anything, since everything is pretty secure in there.

However, here's where things get a little weird. I took an old GTX 8600 and stuck it into my rig and it worked perfectly, currently using it to write here. This means it's the 660 that's dead right? Nope. I stuck the 660 into my test bench and it worked fine. So, basically everything works EXCEPT when I stick my 660 into my build. Anyone know what's the problem?

dust in slot , inspect the slot on motherboard , blow some air in there.. you can use the eraser tip trick on your GTX660 contacts and make sure nothing is layered on it preventing contact, looking with a flash light in the pcie slot on motherboard make sure there are no 😛ushed in" contacts.

Yea, I thought it might have been a pushed contact of some sort, but everything seems to check out. If it was dust blockage or a messed up contact, wouldn't the 8600 also fail to work? The 660, although some of the contacts are worn, works fine in my test bench, so I doubt that the 660's pins are directly at fault.

Yep. I'll just post everything I have done so far.

I've tested two graphics cards, my GTX660 and my test GTX8600 across three different motherboards, two different PSUs (650 and 850 watts), numerous VGA PSU cables, and a combination of different RAM sticks. All combinations work flawlessly, except when I stick my 660 into my rig, it does not even get detected. I've even borrowed my friend's 980ti and it works just fine with my build.

The 660 receives power from my PSU, and the indicator light comes on. Plugging it into my personal rig and turning it on, the 660 continues to be powered by the PSU, but does not receive any power from the motherboard. I'm at a complete loss. I've seen a couple people have what seems to be the same problem as me, but they simply got a new GPU before finding the problem.
