Question pcie slot

hey guys i hope you can help i have gigabyte gtx 1650 before my card was running fine with x16 pcie but now i found that my works only on x4 sometimes x8 sometimes x1 cant reach x16 anymore and my card is on the right slot x16 i tried to unistal drivers with DDU and plug gpu in and out nothing works still on x4 and i restart and it works on x8 restart again and it works on x1 or x2 idk why ... help please and thank you

from gpuz and cpuz no when i stress it it shows x1 3.0
