Bitwit (Kyle) says consult your motherboard manual and find out which of these PCIe x16 slots you should be populating. Isn't there only 1 PCIe x16 slot not slots. If there as multiple x16 slots how do you figure out where to put gpu?

read the motherboard manual. but usually the one closest to the cpu.

Many motherboard have multiple PCI-Ex16 expansion slots. Your motherboard manual will identify which one you should be populating with a graphics card.
