PCIE upstream switch port driver

I cannot find the driver for this and ive searched but havent found a solution! Here is the build:

i7 7700k
gigabyte gaming 8 mobo
16g ballistic ram
gtx 1080ti
nvme corsair force mp500
win10 64b

I have a gigabyte gaming 9 mobo and same problem... how did you fix it?
