Pcie wireless card being lost on restart

Built my computer 3-4 weeks ago. Until 4-5 days ago it was working perfectly. Suddenly my wireless card wasn't working. And when searching in device manager only appears as a hidden item because it is no longer attached to the computer. I reseated the wireless card and the computer recognized it and worked fine until I turned my computer off and again same problem.
It no longer recognizes the card when I reseat it I have tried in multiple PC slots

EVGA gold +850 all parts were bought brand new in the past two months.

How old is your PSU? Mind also sharing the make and model of your PCIe wireless adapter card? Is it this device? Are you on the latest BIOS update for our motherboard?

And yes the wireless card you charged is what I have.i am unsure if the bios is updated to the newest version? I assume not if it's not something that automatically updates.
