PCIe x16 and PCI SLI or Crossfire. Can it be done?

I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.0 MOB

I want to know if I can run SLI or Crossfire with this MOB. It says I can, but how?

I have one EVGA Geforece 460 that is SLI capable, and was thinking of getting another (there pretty inexpensive, and the one that I have runs all my games at ultra settings with AA at around 45-85 FPS depending on the game)

It does not support SLI. It does support a "Hybrid" Crossfire meaning you can pair it up with specific and few AMD graphics cards to work together with the integrated GPU (usually VERY low end cards). Not really something I would ever recommend.
