[SOLVED] pcie x16 not working

So, i have a b450 a-pro motherboard from msi and my pcie x16 slot is not working, i have a gtx 970. i tested the gpu on another pc and works perfectly, and i can't find a option in bios thats makes me enable the slot or not.

psu njoy wooden 650 80+gold
ram ballistix 16 gb 3000mhz
gpu gtx 970 gygabite windforce
i tested with 3 different gpus, a gtx 9600, an rx 480 8gb and a rx vega 56. it works perfectly, but with this gpu nothing. i tested the 970 on another pc and works perfectly.

I'm always very suspicious of any PSU brand that I've never heard of, and yours is one of them.
It needs to go in my opinion. You need a quality brand like EVGA, Corsair or Seasonic.
