PCIe x16 raid controller?

Just wondering do they makes these? I can only find PCIe x1 or x4. Thanks!

Yes, you can find them - but they are expensive. Highpoint makes one:

The x16 RAID controllers are usually PCIE 2.0, though. Even the high end raid controllers use x8 if they are PCIE 3.0 now.

Keep in mind that even the fastest M.2 drives are PCIE x4.

Thank you! Wow those are expensive... Guess I will just stick to using the sata2 ports on my older LGA 755 setup then :/ or perhaps a PCIe 1x.
