Pcie x16 riser card

Hi
I have a small form factor prebuilt pc. there is a slot for a gpu, but if u put anything bigger than a 750ti the gpu will hit the components. i looked on amazon for a pcie riser card, but they all went to a right angle. I would like a riser card that just goes straight up so i can install a normal sized gpu. If these are a thing please send me link.

Thank you so much! one more question though. Will this at all effect the performance of the gpu?

As long as it is a quality built item and you are plugging it into a 16x slot, should be fine.
