[SOLVED] Pcie x8 Graphics card

I am trying to find a graphics card for my dell poweredge R905 for about $15 and it needs to run on either pcie x4 or x8 because the motherboard does not have any pcie x16 slots, and i do not want to mod any of the slots or a card to physically fit a pcie x16 card

It looks like there are GT710s and other lower cards that are available on E-Bay. The problem is your $15 limit. Everything is $35 or more.

for 15$ you can buy the DP or HDMI cable of your future card, since you won't get a graphics card that cheap, unless it's broken or someone is really bored with having it. Even the costs of transporting said card will cost you more.
