I am trying to run PcMatic and keep getting error messages. First is Ajax error - returned timeout mssg svc.asp Also Analyze it now error timeout. Then the gears just keep running and nothing is accomplished. Please help!

Basically that program is garbage/junk/crap. It has more negative 1 out of 5 star reviews than any program ive heard of and they charge you 50$ for it. Sorry you got ripped off you should have gotten systemworks, auslogics, or ccleaner instead of that garbage.

A lot of people have posted similar stories like yours on review websites about this program not working and the company being a scam.

You can run thru the malware guide in my signature, and it'll be more effective, and free. My advice, try to get your money back.

If you really want to run it, try adding it as a trusted site, and lower the trusted site security to low.
