PCMCIA to USB or Expresscard

Hi guys,

I have one of these PCMCIA sound cards: http://www.amazon.com/Creative-Blaster-Audigy-Notebook-PCMCIA/dp/B00067KZJI

I would love to connect this my modern day laptop which has USB 2.0 and Expresscard.

Is there a way to convert PCMCIA to USB or Expresscard? I would prefer to convert it to USB.

The first link has very bad reviews. It seems it does not work with actual adapter cards - just memory cards.

The second link's product is no longer available.

The third link is not the product I am looking for.

I have a feeling it's going to be very difficult to find what I am looking for. What if I do this: PCMCIA --> Expresscard --> USB 2.0? Would that work? kind of like a daisy chain. Thanks.

I have a feeling that in the rare event ths would actually work, results will be less than spectacular, and possibly more expensive than a new soundcard.
