Question PcPartPicker has very good judgement on what PSU usage you will get with your hardware.

I have a power reader which tells me from the wall what I am pulling.
My 5800X + RTX 3070 with a bunch of drives and fans was pulling 514 watts under the most intense load. (Prime95 + Heaven 4.0)

I went from my Super Flower Leadex III 650w Gold to the MSI MPG A850GF 850w 80 Plus Gold for headroom in the future.

My system was under very unrealistic load, but yes PCPartPicker is actually closer to the real wattage than I expected.

I used this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07R6NBZ9T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is my PCPartPicker link, wattage is in the top right. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/jHNcqm

Granted it is not actually 500 watts the system is pulling, most like around 450w taking into account PSU efficiency.
