1. The Z270 MoBo supports the next generation 7700k.... why go last generation to save $13 ?
2. While it's good MoBo, question has to be ask, what features does it have that benefit you that a $130 Z270 MoBo doesn't have.... such as the MSI SLI Plus ? The $85 saved will get ya close to a 1070.
3. The budget cooler is a bit outta place here. While the Hyper 12 is a great cooler "for the money", the emphasis must be placed on the last 3 words. I'd spend $6 more and get a cooler that, while ridiculously inexpensive, competes with the big boyz like the $90 Cryorig R1 Ultimate.

4. I'd avoid RAM with tall heat sinks, depending on MoBo, may hit CPU cooler / fans

5. Again, I'd go 1070 here with savings from above
6. That's a AMD GFX oriented Freesync Monitor and therefore would not benefit from nVidia GFX. Recommend the Asus VG248QE over the Viewsonic .. and used with the toasty stobelight utility
