Hello
Aymen baaziz. Your issue vaguely reminds me of a previous forum post of mine (below).
Friend gets a continuous mild shock from my PC case
A friend was gifted components from a friend-in-common. Only component missing was a power supply. She ventures to Micro Center and purchases a brand new PowerSpec (micro center branded) power supply. She successfully connects the power supply to the components and powers it on. Problem...

When you say "the old one is burned", what precisely happened with the old power supply or computer at that time? The fact that you had a previous issue supposedly with the power supply, and now you're having a new issue that appears somewhat electrical related, I wonder if your motherboard is contacting your metal case and shorting.
If you hadn't mentioned a past power supply issue, I would have simply assumed that your new power supply was malfunctioning and needed return. But now I wonder if your power supply issues are simply the result, and not necessarily the cause, of your issues. Am I correct in assuming that you built this computer? Are you certain that you used only the necessary case stand offs, and didn't use an extra that's improperly contacting the motherboard?
