PC's Not displaying any image

So, I've just upgraded my motherboard, cpu and gpu on my pc.

Old Specs:
i5 6600k
ASUS Maximus Hero viii
GTX 1070
600W PSU

New specs:
I7 8700k
ASUS Maximus X Hero
1080ti
600W PSU


It all turns on, but doesn't display any image, not even going past the bios. I've tried different monitors, taking the card out and plugging a HDMI to the motherboard to see if that works but nothing. Can't figure it out. Any help would be much appreciated.
