Question Pc's peroformance suddenly became slower

Yesterday, I installed a very old game ( Road Rash ) on my pc , and played it for 5 mins , after that I opened AUTOCAD and it was slower than usual, I uninstalled the game and restarted the PC, but the peooblem still exists the Pc is slower than usual, need help .
