PC's power is weird

So i just built a PC,
Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-H170-D3HP ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Toshiba Q300 480GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card
Azza GT1 ATX Full Tower Case
Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

When ever i boot it it turns on but then shutoff, but sometimes it will turn on and stay on, but it wont send a signal to my monitor and i've tried plugging in a keyboard and it wont light up.

It sounds like you have a short somewhere. Assemble the board outside of the system.
