PC's w/o Windows?

Does anyone know of any reputable internet shops that sell naked PC's, or PC's without an OS pre-loaded? I'm junking my current computer, and hate to pay the $100+ dollars for a new OS pre-loaded on a new system when I already have win 98SE full version. I'm really not too impressed with what I've heard about ME, at least not enough to make me want it over 98SE. Any suggestions?

Go to http://www.TUFShop.com I've done business with them on several occasions, and am very pleased with the service I've gotten from them. They're super inexpensive too.

I will be living in Darmstadt, Germany in about a 1 1/2 weeks. Anything in the rochester, ny area would be ok too.

i visited the Tuffshop site, but it doesn't look like they build systems. I've played around with the thought of building my own system, but i'm hesitant to as it would be my first try at it. I've heard the stories about this and that not working together right, about crunching the athlon processor with the fan, not having enough cooling, etc etc. to be honest with you it's worth the labor costs to me to buy one pre-built and tested. if something breaks putting it together, let the seller have the responsibility.
