Trying to emulate Wipeout Fusion and the framerate's all over the place.

Emulator: PCSX2 1.2.1
CPU: i5 4570 @3.2GHz
RAM: 16GB @ 1600MHz
GPU: GTX 760 2GB
Resolution: 1080p

Emulation isn't always perfect. Sometimes turning sound off or messing with the EMU settings can fix it, or that's just the way it runs.
