PCSX2 game extracts as a .bin and .cue

(see image) The top file is the downloaded file, next two 'vlc' files are what is extracted.

Problem is even after converting the .bin to an iso it will only show partial bits of the game.

Anyone know a solution to this?

Since you own a copy of the game, it is legal to convert for emulator use in your country. Have you consulted this guide?
