[SOLVED] Pcsx2 on xeon x3460 2.8 ghz

Guys need help , i run pcsx2 on xeon x3460. It run slow , i saw pcsx2 recommended spec , is core 2 duo , i mean my cpu is i7 first gen , why it run slow?
And if i overclock my cpu can it work?

Ram 6 gb
Gtx 1050 ti oc

pcsx2 will run some games faster then others,maybe you tried some very demanding game or one that hasn't been emulated perfectly yet.
Telling us what kind of FPS you get in what games will help people judge if what you'r getting is normal or not.

Historically, the GoW titles have run very slowly on PCSX2. I'm not sure if that's changed over the past few years.

I can say my old rig (2600k) could handle most everything without issues at mostly default settings, so your CPU should be fine.

The g4560 3.5Ghz runs GoW at 45 ish FPS when stuff goes on and it's several generations newer than your xeon that also only boosts up to 3.4ghz,haswell was the generation where intel did something that boosted emulation quite a bit.

Probably AVX/AVX2. That's one thing you can do to improve PCSX2 a bit, which is set the renderer to make use of AVX/AVX2.
