Pcsx2 Runs Really Bad

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 OC 3.4GHz
MSI Rx 580 4G Armor OC
8GB DDR4

with these specs i thought i could run a simple ps2 game such as juiced 2 on pcsx2
sadly i get 20fps when i launch into the first race, i change settings and try suggested presets but nothing works. if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Some games just don't run that well regardless of specs. Have you tried software mode instead of hardware?

i have tried that. as well as numerous other possible solutions. i guess maybe i should wait for a possible render tweak on pcsx2's developer's side.
