Pcu overheating ( I guess)

Hey guys!
I've recently moved my desktop from the living room back to my room..From this moment the problem emerged..When i turn on my pc it runs for about 5 minutes and suddenly shuts down..neither blue screen or a message..Today i entered bios and i checked the temp of cpu.
Cpu Temperature:120 C
Cpu fan speed: 0 rpm
But the fan speed of the cpu is spinning

Help me..what would be the cause of this problem?

Reseat the cpu heatsink. Sounds like it got knocked loose.
