Hello everyone,

Few days ago i decided to upgrade my old chieftec 550W to corsair ax750. PC works good with cheiftec but i want more power. But when i plug in corsair and press power on button, only fans start spinning, system desn't boot. Checked RAM, battery on MB, all voltages on new PCU are good, i tried everything i could find on internet, but without success. When i switch back to my old PSU, everything works fine again. I tried also to plug in only 24pin to my MB i wanted to start without everything to try to figure out what happening and results are: with old PSU, after pressing power on button, fans start, but nothing else happens, when i hold power on button - it shuts down fans. But with new PSU, i can only start fans, and no matter how long i hold power on button, it doesn't shut down fans. Maybe this info can be some kind of clue, i rly don't know what else to try.

Thx for your time!

Chieftec is not modular. Yes, cables are good, its really hard to make mistake - PSU side have two connectors 18pin+10 pin, unique layout, even if i want can't put them in wrong port :) Also, on the other side is 24pin, impossible to make mistake :)
