[SOLVED] PDF editor suggestion

I've been using eCopy Paperworks at work for over a decade. Our company switched to Document Companion which is extremely difficult to use. Does anyone have any suggestions for a free pdf editor (not website version) that is similar to eCopy Paperworks and can do the following? I do not want something that is similar to Document Companion.

1. Merge multiple docs
2. Whiteout text
3. Add text
4. Add stamp (stamp image can be any format)

You can give Libre Office Draw a try. I know you're able to open some pdf files.

For merging of PDF's I prefer using PDFsam, because it can store it's session (this is very useful for large collections of documents to merge)

Interestingly, the vector graphics tool Inkscape can manipulate PDF files.
