Question PEBKAC Or Legit Problem With My KB

This new Azio has a problem. When I want an equals sign, I get +. Equal wants you to shift to upper case, but that doesn't work for me. Same with semi-colon. That one gets me .... : , the colon. Is there a setting somewhere, where I can fix this, or do I ship it back?

Have you tried different usb ports? Keyboards should work straight out of the box. You can try going into device manger and open keyboard and look for any driver update it might have.
