[SOLVED] Peculiar Issue where PC wont load OS if the Display is off.

So I got a PC built, Using an Intel i5-10400F and Gigabyte B460M Aorus Pro Motherboard and Nvidia 1660 Ti.
At times, I turn off the display (just press the power button on the LG Monitor) and access the pc remotely using RDP.
But if I reboot the pc using my RDP session, The PC will not complete the boot process, It stops at the motherboard LOGO screen and boot loops without loading the OS bootloader.
The moment I press the power button on my monitor, The PC boots into the OS. I looked at the BIOS and Power management settings for the GPU, But could not find any clues.

unless u want to modify your GPU bios or rewire your monitor, u may want to get dummy hdmi adapter

That's interesting. I could get one of those. I am curious about the change that can be made to the GPU's BIOS.

no chance to mod nvidia bios
