I just want some info about peltiers and how they work. I know some, but not much. I wanna know different types of peltiers (pros and cons) and how to support them (extra power source?). Thanks

As far as how to support them, I guess just by a pelt power supply, http://dangerden.com/mall/Pelts/psu.asp or I heard you could rig up a regular power supply to power a pelt correctly, but it probably wouldn't be as easy as buying one...

Beware of the peltier! These things have a habit of failing catastrophically, turning into giant resistors that can easily burn the core out of the CPU and melt the CPU socket, before you even figure out what's happening!
