I more workable solution might be a big ass block of copper on the CPU with
a Peltier designed to fit that.
A can find a 125W Peltier, 55 x 55mm for around £110+VAT. Thats on RS part
# 284-826. Max temperature differential of around 70°C, which should be
enough to have plenty of condensation
