pen drive not detected

my pen drive is not detected by any computer ...suddenly...what to do ...need to retrieve the data

Did you not save the data on any of the computers you did the work on? Most likely you're not going to be able to recover the data if you've tried multiple USB ports on multiple PCs... Or pray that the data you need is on another computer in the tempfiles.
