Pen Drive showing problems

I have a San Disk Cruzer Blade 8 GB Pen Drive of USB 2.0 compatibility. I have stored a few documents in the USB Drive from my PC and went to a nearby cyber cafe to print them. In there, the computer showed that there was a software corruption and thus the USB Drive needs to be formatted. But then also, the USB Drive was being unable to format. The cyber cafe manager told me that the USB Drive had become faulty. But when I returned home to check the USB Drive condition in my PC, surprisingly the USB Drive was OK and the PC was showing all the documents of the USB Drive. There were no viruses either. Why this peculiarity problem?

Whenever I insert any of my flash drives, I get that message about formatting the drive. Simply click no, and the drive works fine.
