Pendrive not shown in laptop viz no memory shown

My pendrive Transcend 8GB is not shown in any laptop but the sound is heard everytime but no icon or files (memory) are shown as it contains important files that are needed but even after trying so many options viz run command or recovery tool download it is not shown,I am afraid it is lost forever or what,can anyone guide me plz on this at the earliest.

Start the Lappy in safe-mode, then insert the Pen Drive, see what happens.
