Pentium 150

I am trying to overclock a Pentium 150. I can get it to run at 166 or 188 but Windows 98 won't load. It loads the windows screen then gets some kind of error and tells me my configuration is invalid. But I can boot into DOS mode from a floppy. I used 75mhz x 2.5 and 83mhz x 2. Has anybody else had this problem?

can you increase the voltage? the windows problems you mention are common on an unstable/unusable overclocked system. By the way on a 150 you would probably be better running 95

Try changing your motherboard voltage from VR to VRE, it might make all the difference you need!
