Hello all,

I have a problem that's a little bit beyond my knowledge. I have a gaming computer running a Pentium 670 3.8 ghz process. It's set to run at 800mhz FSB. I recently purchased 2 OCZ Vertex SSD's but they are incompatible with my motherboard. I have the chance to upgrade to an XFX MB-N680-ILT9 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i LT SLI ATX Intel Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813141002)
on the cheap which is also the same brand as my video card (XFX GTS 250 PCIE).

My biggest question is will a 800 mhz processor work on a 1333/1066 mhz board?

If so, what memory speed should a look at for RAM?

And finally, does anyone know if the RAID controller for this board supports SSD technology (probably needs Intel Matrix but I can't find anything on it).

Thanks so much!
