anybody can say me any cientific proof of hardware that says the temperature of both?
or any webpage that has hardware´s proofs of all

You want to know temps? Download SpeedFan (google it) on each system and run it.

There's a simple but very efficient formula for Pentium4 Celerons (and CeleronDs) in general;

Celeron(D) Frequency x 0.75 = P4 Freq. :lol:
something near to this should be the temps, because the P4 has a lot of cache.
