So I mainly wanna know if this build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/Fy6JjX
seem to be okay with a 350 watt psu. The gtx 950 and the pentium don't seem to draw a lot of power and it would be nice if I could keep some money and use a power supply that I own, which is 350 watt. I would also like to know how well the pentium does in term of multitasking. I know it's a dual core, but it's been highly rated and people seem to be really satisfied with it. I'm not gonna be doing heavy multi tasking but mainly stuff like open a lightweight game and have in the background a chrome tab open for some music. By the way, yes I'm also gonna add an other stick of 4gb of ram later. And yes I'm gonna buy an i5 in the future to replace the pentium.

Multitasking is not that good on the G3258. It is a good processor, FOR THE PRICE. And that if It's overclocked. Multitasking is especially even more limited because you chosen 1 stick of 4GB RAM which, for gaming alone, 8GB is recommended let alone having Google chrome in the background.

I've improved your build, keeping it at the same price but some nice little improvements here and there by balance of price on the CPU and GPU:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3240 3.1GHz Dual-Core Processor ($72.88 @ Canada Computers)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-E34 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($74.98 @ DirectCanada)
Memory: Mushkin ECO2 8GB (2 x 4GB)...
