Pentium G3258 Load DROPS

Hi! I just OC'ed my G3258.

I OC'ed it to 4.0GHz through BIOS,
My Current Setup is
H81-Asrock VG4
R9 380 Sapphire Nitro 4GB
Seasonic 520W

During the first few hours of my overclock everything was so smooth. Max ,100% load on both CPU cores, as I have MSI afterburner on while I play.

Out of nowhere, the CPU load dips badly. From 100% to 50-80%. This resulted in horrible FPS drops.
Drops from 100+ to 20fps

It is important to note I installed some programs while it was OCed. Could this have had an effect?

Before I forget, I was only running on stock cooler. The temps at full load were about 78-80C

Is thermal throttling really the problem? Because when I removed the overclock and the CPU was running at temps liek 49-53C the CPU load % was still stuttering like hell.
