I recently purchased a new PC since my old one died out on me. Current specs are as follows:

MSI h110m pro-vd plus
Intel Pentium G4560
Red Dragon RX-460 (2g)
Apacer 2x4gb 2133mhz
FSP Hexa 450watts 85%
Toshiba 500gb SATA

So i decided to install my Old Win7 DVD but for some reason, it keeps on telling me missing drivers (fresh install by the way).

Sorry, can't seem to make BBcode for images to work.

Old or new, make sure you follow the procedure for loading the win7 drivers for the MSI h110m pro-vd plus. That MB chipset came out long after win7. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H110M-PRO-VD.html#down-driver&Win7 64

There is a spot in the win7 retail and builders install process where it will pause so you can install required drivers.

If you are using an OEM distribution of Win7 (e.g. an HP or Lenovo version) it will not work, it does not include the right drivers but expects to have all drivers required.

aside: I'm thinking you need sata drivers, likely in chipset or other drivers. This append also says that if you are using an external USB DVD drive make sure it is plugged into a USB2 not USB3 port (else you need the right USB drivers).
