As the title says, that's my setup, first monitor is 20 inch 1080p, can my setup run 2 monitors with the 2nd monitor at least 720p??
As in it can run it smoothly with no major lag or stutter?

1050Ti supports up to 3 monitors, it will work just fine.

Yes, you can use dual monitors. Just make sure you have the right connectors for your monitor and you graphics card. There will also be no stutter or lag at all even if they are set to a high resolution as monitors don't really affect performance. You can run all the monitors @ 1080p definitely.
