I have intel Pentium G630 2.7Ghz And gpu of nvidia GTX 650 ti so will games like FIFA 16 ,GTA 5 ,watchdogs, cod advanced warfare can be played on it?

Assuming you have 8GB RAM, your CPU is a bottleneck, I would consider replacing your CPU

Your CPU is below the minimum requirements but you can play Advance Warfare on high medium at 30 fps, GTA 5 low medium at 30 fps, FIFA 16 low 25 fps , Watch Dogs wont be playable cause its not optimized that good for computers.
