Hello, can anyone please help me out?
Recently, I have purchased a mini-pc Beelink j45 with Pentium j4205 CPU (Integrated GPU is intel HD 505), 8GB ram and Windows 10.

The device works absolutely fine when connected to my cheap no-name LCD TV 1080p, even though it automatically jumps to 30 Hz refresh rate. However, if I connect it to a 1080p 50-60 Hz Samsung SD24D300 monitor, terrible screen glitching and tearing occurs. The same thing happens when connected to the aforementioned TV and set to 50 or 60 Hz.

All my Windows 10 and GPU drivers are up-to-date.

Has anyone got any idea what might be the problem? Pentium j4205 should manage 1080p 50-60 Hz no problem.

Here is a short video of the issue - I am sorry for the abysmal quality, though:
