Pentium K + 730 vs A10 6800K

Hi Tom's Hardware!

As the title says, it is a battle between the Pentium G3258 with a GT 730 DDR5 1 or 2 Gb and an A10-6800K.

My friend plays League of Legends a lot, and he wants a PC to play it at High configuration @ 768p.

They will both perform similarly at really low resolutions like 1366x768. Personally I would go with the Pentium to allow for an upgrade path in the future and to have dedicated video memory if you are going to be sticking with a low amount like 4GB to save on costs.
