Hi every-one!
I am planning to build a computer for my family with a budget of 300-350 for everyday simple use and some times random gaming. My unfinished build is:

CPU : Intel pentium g3258 ( planning to overclock it slightly )
MOTHERBOARD : Asus H81M-C
RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB
HDD : WD 1TB

case and optical drive are just some random ones that will cost me arount 40 $

Now I have two questions:
1) Are intel hd graphics good enough ? Like I am not going to be doing any gaming, like my little brother might play minecraft casually or we might see a movie but nothing really crazy.

2) Which PSU should I get? This is my main problem. I have seen an Aerocool V3X case+400w psu combo but firstly I don't thing that 400w is enough specially if someday I'll put a GPU. Also I am reading that Aerocool's PSUs are not good. Also all the money left for the psu right now is about 45$. I could get a corsair VS 450 but I also read that the VS series are not good .
I could get an XFX ProSeries 450w Core Edition but there could be a better choice out there.

You might consider a used/refurb PC as it could be cheaper. But the WD Blue 1TB drives are an excellent choice, I own several. With your proposed system I would splurge on dual sticks of 4GB's of RAM (run in dual mode) and probably at least eventually get a discreet video card.

I have already seen this list but it isn't in there. it has 3 proseries XFX PSUs but they are on the tier one which I doubt a 50$ PSU would be and the XFX proseries 450 core edition is not a modular PSU...
