My cpu has intel pentium(R) dual core e6700 processor at 3.2 ghz and Ecs g41t motherboard . I am planning to insert a Nvidia gt 730 graphics card . Will it be adequately supported by my processor?

Solution
If you play online, the old dual core probably will not be able to keep up with a busy 64 player server. But for single player, it should be... let's just say adequate. The real limiting factor will be the gfx card. The GT 730 is a 720p resolution card at best. So a lot will depend on the rez of your monitor, and the in-game settings you use.
Now, this is for gaming in general. For ACBF, you may not have enough. Here are the minimum and recommended specs: http://assassinscreed.ubi.com/en-no/news/news_detail.aspx?c=tcm:75-119821&ct=tcm:6-231-32
You can go here and plug in your specs and see what pops up: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=6805&game=Assassins%20Creed%204%20Black%20Flag

I don't play that game so I...

I don't play that game so I can't say how close they stick to those specs. But if they are to be believed, you would need a quad core faster gfx card.

Again, it will depend a lot on the resolution of your display. Neither of those cards are really considered gaming gfx cards. The GT 730 is by far the better of the two, though. IF you get the DDR5 version. Here is a short read that may help you out: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-2.html

If you are planning on upgrading your system to an i5 platform in the near future, you should get as much gfx card as you can afford. It won't matter if it is too powerful for your current system to make full use of, because you will be moving it to the new system later.

There is one caveat, however. Your power supply. If you get the GT 730, 740, or even the GTX 750, you will be fine with most OEM PSUs that are usually ~300W.
