People can hear what I hear on my desktop PLEASE HELP

Whenever I use discord with a friend he can hear my desktop sounds. How do I fix this? I don't have other mic connected. Stereo mix is disabled. I have tried everything and problem still there.

you use it in a game so go to game settings for audio and put mic on push to talk when you use dicord and witch game you play on discord .
