My sister wants to build a PC, but her demands for it lead me here to you wonderful people! She has 700 dollars to spend, but she needs to buy an OS (doesn't matter if its windows 7,8 or 10) Also, she wants THIS case :https://pcpartpicker.com/part/apevia-case-xdreamer4pk

She also wants to be able to play games like LoL, but nothing TOO graphicly pushing. I would like a OK-DECENT GPU for her, but nothing nuts like a 970 or something. ANY and ALL help is greatly appreciated.

Solution

We already have a monitor picked out, it is just another 1080p 1m/s response time monitor. The 700 is ONLY for the OS and computer itself, no peripherals. I will be building it and I have experience, so no worries there. I would like to see what I can get with a system with a card and one with an integrated card. I however, want the system to have a GPU

Just throwing this out there, but you can get pretty good performance on most of the more "casual" (resource-wise) games like league using just the graphics on a processor, especially with the newer haswells. Depending on her needs, a GPU may be completely redundant.

I know this, but she has been known to play other games that WOULD require a GPU, even though she doesn't openly admit it. It is not a frequent thing, but I just wanna make sure she is prepared.

Hi

Do you already have a LCD screen and what resolution is it?
If not do you need screen included in price?

If she is building it herself she should watch some u-tube videos on the subject

AMD systems often come with much better integrated graphics than Intel integrated graphics
