Perf Pages Input

I am being tasked with looking through tickets that our monitoring software is creating and I am seeing some that are referring to "Perf-Pages Input/Sec" and Memory-Pages/Sec". Basically the description says that both of those some how failed. Is this referring to a bottle necked hard drive? Too much junk going on at once?

Could be several issues, the most basic is that you need more RAM if here are pefromance issues, although "failing" may not mean "there is a lot of that going on".
