Perfect CPU for a GTX 770?

I was thinking of pairing a i5-4570s with a GTX 770. Do you think i am going to be able to take full advantage of my GPU capabilities with that CPU?

Newegg has the 4670k at $220 and the 4570s at $200. I'd go with the 4670k just for overclocking

Neither the 4570s, 4570, 4670 or the 4670k will bottleneck the 770gtx. If you don't plan on overclocking, then simply get the 4570. You won't be able to notice the 5% increase to the 4670 unless of course you just have the extra 15 bucks. Either way, you'll be happy.
